Sweet, aromatic, and full of natural flavor — these Kesar mangoes come directly from a farm where purity and patience define the way food is grown.

Sourced from Kharshing village in Sangli, Maharashtra, these mangoes are grown using natural farming practices that have been followed consistently for over 13 years. The farm has been completely free from chemical fertilizers and pesticides for more than a decade, allowing the soil and trees to regain their natural strength.

Instead of chemicals, the farmer uses traditional inputs like cow dung compost, jeevamrutham, neem oil, dashparni ark, and gomutra — methods deeply rooted in Indian agriculture. These practices not only protect the crop but also enhance the taste and quality of the fruit.

The mangoes are naturally ripened using time-tested methods such as covering them with sugarcane leaves. This slow ripening process ensures better sweetness, aroma, and shelf life — just like how mangoes used to be enjoyed earlier.

Water is sourced from canal, borewell, and farm storage, helping maintain consistent growth across seasons. The farm is also naturally protected with surrounding roads, water channels, and tree cover, minimizing external contamination.

These are not just mangoes — they are a reflection of careful farming, clean practices, and honest food.

About the Farmer

Dattajirao Vasantrao Kore is a dedicated natural farmer from Kharshing village, Sangli, Maharashtra. With over 13 years of experience, he has committed himself to growing food the traditional way — without chemicals and with complete respect for nature.

His farm follows simple yet effective natural farming practices using in-house preparations like jeevamrutham and plant-based pest control solutions. The land has remained chemical-free for more than a decade, ensuring healthy soil and better-quality produce.

The farm is part of an NPOP-certified organic group, and certification was also held in the previous year, reflecting adherence to India’s official organic farming standards. Beyond certification, what truly stands out is the farmer’s consistency and transparency in maintaining natural practices year after year.

Visitors are always welcome to the farm to see how the crops are grown, how inputs are prepared, and how harvesting is done — everything is open and honest.
