At Earth’s Basket, we ensure that all our products are carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch.

Due to the nature of seeds and natural farming products, we do not accept returns once the order is delivered.

However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos at:

If the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement or refund within 5-7 working days.

Refunds (if approved) will be credited back to the original payment method.
