How to Use

1. Rinse the dried peas thoroughly.
2. Soak in plenty of water for 8–10 hours or overnight.
3. Drain and rinse again.
4. Pressure cook until tender.
5. Use in curries, soups, gravies, salads, Ragda, or other recipes.
